It adopts fully computer-controlled all-digital spark light sources, utilizes CCD detection technology, and features a uniquely designed vacuum optical chamber to accurately determine the content of non-metallic elements such as C, P, S, and various alloying elements, achieving full spectrum analysis. 2. The uniquely designed structure of the vacuum optical chamber reduces the volume of the vacuum chamber, with vacuum pumping speed less than half that of ordinary spectrometers. Separating the entrance window from the vacuum chamber facilitates easy and quick daily cleaning and maintenance of the entrance window.
3. The optical system automatically performs spectral line scanning and automatic optical path calibration, ensuring the correctness of spectral line reception and eliminating tedious peak scanning work.
4. The uniquely designed excitation stand and argon gas circuit significantly reduce argon consumption. The flexible sample clamp design meets the analysis needs of various shapes and sizes of samples in the customer's field.
5. Multi-matrix analysis can be achieved without additional hardware facilities. Compared to photomultiplier tube spectrometers, it greatly reduces customer usage costs and expands the application scope.
6. Utilizing internationally advanced jet electrode technology, during excitation, an argon jet stream forms around the electrode, preventing the excitation point from contacting external air during the excitation process, thereby improving excitation accuracy.
7. The dedicated spectrometer operating software is fully compatible with Windows systems. It can also be equipped with various language versions according to customer needs. The software is easy to operate; even personnel without any spectrometer knowledge or operating experience can start using it after simple training.
8. Equipped with high-performance FPGA, DSP, and ARM processors, it features ultra-high-speed data acquisition and analysis functions, and can automatically monitor and control the operating status of modules such as optical chamber temperature, vacuum level, argon pressure, and excitation light source in real-time.
9. The all-digital plasma excitation light source provides ultra-stable energy release to excite samples in an argon environment. All-digital excitation pulses ensure ultra-high resolution and high stability of the sample plasma energy output, meeting the excitation requirements of various materials.
10. The sample excitation stand uses a copper spark stand base and tungsten electrodes. The copper spark stand base provides excellent heat dissipation and robustness, while the tungsten electrodes offer long service life and high-temperature resistance, enhancing excitation performance. The electrode self-purging function creates a favorable environment for excitation and makes cleaning the electrodes easier.
